YOUR ESTIMATE · NOT A BENCHMARK
What might unanswered calls represent in booked work?
Use your own weekly missed-call count, booking estimate, and average job value. The example starting values are editable inputs—not industry averages.
Start with your numbers
Replace each example with what you currently estimate for your business. Use zero if a value is unknown; update it when you have better information.
Count calls you believe the team could not answer.
A percentage from 0 to 100, based on your judgment or records.
Use a typical job or sale amount before operating costs.
Potential booked-work value
A scenario from your inputs
Estimate formula: missed calls per week × share who would have booked × average job value.
- Weekly potential
- $625
- Monthly potential (weekly × 52 ÷ 12)
- $2,708
- Yearly potential (weekly × 52)
- $32,500
This is a rough potential value represented by your assumptions—not actual or guaranteed revenue, a forecast, or a claim that every call can be recovered. It excludes costs, availability, and whether a caller would ultimately become a customer.
How to read this estimate
A missed call does not automatically equal a lost job: a caller may try again, leave a message, choose another provider, or not be ready to book. The calculator only multiplies the assumptions you enter. Compare its result with your own call history and use it as a starting point for a workflow conversation—not a revenue promise.
