Thrive with AI

Your outsourced AI department.

Map. Rank. Apply and secure. Prove.

ThryvHQ applies AI to business processes so the work gets faster, easier, and cheaper, and so you can point at the return. We amplify the people who already know the work. We do not replace them. When you Thrive with AI, you Thryv with AI.

Four steps, then a number.

01

Map

Sit with the work as it runs this week. Name the trigger, the information, the decision, the system, and the person who receives the result. A job title is not a process.

02

Rank

Order the friction by recoverable hours and by what it costs when it slips. The list is short on purpose. A Thrive engagement takes one track, or two, or three — not every idea in the building.

03

Apply and secure

Build the system into the process. Before it goes live, decide what it may touch, who can see the data, and which decisions stay with a person. Security is part of the build, not a paragraph at the end.

04

Prove

Agree the baseline before the build. Afterward, compare hours, cycle time, errors, or cost against that baseline. If the number does not move, the engagement should say so.

Amplify people. Do not replace them.

Judgment, relationships, and the exceptions stay with the person who is accountable. AI takes the repeatable steps around that work: the lookup, the first draft, the status, the booking, the handoff note. The point of a Thrive engagement is hours returned to those people, not a smaller team on a slide.

This is not advice-only consulting, and it is not a one-product vendor. Voice AI is a common first system when the phone is the bottleneck. It is one track, not the company. Voice AI stays available on its own.

Security is in the build.

Before a system goes live we name the data it may use, who can see the result, how long anything is kept, and which actions require a person. If that boundary cannot be drawn, the honest outcome of the assessment is no-go.

Security and privacy

The background behind the method.

  • Federal AI workflows and integrations.
  • Business-process design and optimization through Wharton and Carnegie Mellon.
  • Practical application across dozens of Fortune 100 firms.
  • A cybersecurity expert, building the system rather than advising from the side.
